I recently purchased three of these zippy’s for my grandchildren for winter swimming lessons. One of them had a minor fault in the seam which I contacted customer service regarding. Response was immediate and a new zippy was sent out to replace the faulty zippy. What a wonderful company. Thank you for such a wonderful product and such prompt action. Highly recommend the zippy for any little water lovers.
These towels are amazing - no more crying about being cold every time they get out of the water and they love running around in them and then hopping back in the pool.

I purchased two of these while in Australia per a recommendation from a friend. When we moved back to the USA and my oldest daughter grew out of her size I got on the preorder list right away.
