REFUNDS/RETURN POLICY

Should you for any reason wish to return any item(s) purchased from Rad Kids, you will be allowed to exchange the goods for any other products of the same value, or request a credit to the value of the product(s) purchased.

Goods to returned to Rad Kids at your own cost. You must advise us in writing of your request to exchange/return an item to the following email address:

Any return/exchange request must be authorised by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days from date of receipt of your order.
